An organization revolving around preventing any attempts from the MSNAI to contain an MSNA, and use MSNAs against the Institute. An organization that formed shortly after the Institute to contain MSNAs to KEEP them contained. No research, no reintroduction to society, imprisonment, for the rest of their lives. The founder of The Hand, Jackison Feror believed that MSNAs should be imprisoned for eternity, and that has lived on through his bloodline, which kept the group going.
