You can battle, help with projects, and post your animations.
You CANNOT, however, regularly argue, contain more than three penalties ( more on those later) and have harsh criticism (but you can have constructive criticism)
Penalties are earned by not following any rules set now or later. By being bad. Or by asking for admin too much.
