The StickNodes Smash DLC!
We all love it when a Smash Bros. DLC comes out. You’ve seen your favorite characters like Steve, Ryu, Mewto, and many more take the stage to become your favorite contender. But what if your own Stick Nodes OC could fight alongside Mario, Sonic and Megaman? What if YOU could be part of the fun?
I'm Teo the Dan, and I'd like to welcome you to the Stick Nodes Smash DLC!
Here are the 3 steps to making your own pretend Smash DLC character.
1. Make an intro
Your Smash intro could be a picture, like most people do, or an animation if you so desire. You could do it yourself if you want, but if you don’t consider yourself great at that type of thing, then me or my one of my specially picked mods will gladly do it for you. Example:

2. Make a moveset
Same thing. Your moveset is made up of reusable, easy-to-use movieclips. Make an idle stance, then edit off it to make a variety of moves. Me and Voltage are our two best animators on the team. Scout is real good, too. You can always have us do it for you, but on occasion we may be busy, so be patient.

3. You’re done my dude
Use your moveset to make animations, share with other people through file sharing sites, and much more! Now get going my peeps!

Hey @tastylemon16 , I’m currently trying to animate the quick intros of each character so far, what do you want your quick 5 second intro to be? It can be anything like a jojo pose or whatever, just want your input.

The Stick Nodes logo gets thrown in from the side from small to big as it comes in shot and falls on the ground.
It then shows me jumping out of it, then it disappears.

Yknow, despite the controversy of Byleth being the eighth FE (although they come from a wonderful game) I think they’re an awesome character, and is one of the only unique FE characters. That’s why they’re my main.

You use movieclips to make a moveset for your character, kid of like video game sprites but animated in movieclips.
Then I make you an intro
Look up the group “Arcade fighters” for a closer look at some movesets
