What if Hell was like earth? Not as in green and lush with blue skies, but with independent minds, populations, cities and counties, kingdoms and Dictatorships, democracies and unions, spread between the Sinner factions, who overthrew their tormentors and cast the devil to an eternal sleep.

One day the devil woke up and decided to “wage war against those who disrespect thou and thy peace keepers, for my army will exterminate all of hell’s rebels into oblivion!”
And so began, Hell’s Civil War.
