The city of Zelphas
This city was built from the ground up in just 5 months.
This is also the location for vrorek hq, the real reason this city was made. The place is built on a floating island, a giant one at that. Everything was engineered by my rhg: Shade.
If you want to become a part of the city, you must request permission by the a mod or admin. You will not be let into the city if you have committed a crime before. You must also own a passport, I will submit a card which you can edit, then use as a passport in order to get into city.

News: A random city just appeared out of nowhere, and is now floating across the sky! Apparently, they are part of the usa, but arent part of any state due to it being able to move around.
