no wonder you have an irreversible hunger crisis, you chose to bring a population crisis in an attempt to save aroxian people from dying out. sending your people to mars or a planned earth-like planet won’t help, more funds would have to be diverted to these projects and that equals to less maintenance of agricultural cloning machines and the eventual collapse of the food industry. if you want your nation to live further without causing more starvation or starting a genocidal campaign (which would severely lower your popularity) you have to heavily import food supplies from others, problem is you have only a few trading partners whose food supplies aren’t enough to resolve your hunger crisis and nearly all other nations oppose you in some form.
