However, I suggest you not do that too often, as the extra items can be difficult to deal with on many occasions. If you are talking about things like the arm that you have, that makes sense and is totally reasonable. But for things like floating items and smaller, hologram stickfigures, (think Cortana) i suggest they be implemented via another stickfigure.

True, but try to add one or two defining factors about the character. Like Oxob has the artificial hands, Umbrella has the radioactive eyes, Jade has the hair, etc.

Good, but it seems like too much is being put into the characters. Try having a simpler, more abstract character and creating 1 or 2 slightly modified forms. Good lord, the one at the bottom right tho O_O

Try to tone down on pinpoint detail for your character design and don’t go straight from stand to attack. Other than that, excellent animation!
