kindles are still android, they can run apk
but by the time you get one 3.0.0 will likely be released anyway so
also I’d get something used off of ebay, or the polish equivalent
I got quite a few used tablets/laptops and they look/act like new, even if you get one with a small visual scratch it’s like a massive discount for something you can ignore
