It’s a case of following rules and doing a good job. They allow 3rd party softwares. Just you cannot have some stuff like watermark or low resolution of animation.

also @ralph I have made new spawn protection system, item blacklist, and made a working ban command with command blocks.
Took me several days for 6-10 hours and then I realised I did this for free. Rip me.
