Also considering you make this in the very 2 minutes with that profile description I can already tell it’s been a planned out alt.

I am thinking what if the report button would me smth like mailto: thing. But instead of mail it would just go into admin panel.
Warn could maybe just be having your notification blue thingy turn orange or smth with top priority.
Warns could be registered in that admin panel with “reason note” for future you or rest of moderators.
I think this is like the simplest version of a thing I can come up with. Could work.

let’s just establish democracy and have polls deciding if to ban or not

Me rn

To not abuse my memory I use 10 fps. But if there’s a movement that just need few more inbetweens I use delay that plays faster.
So like… Well shit-
This is why I said why not just have delay in frames and not seconds. Now it’s gonna bite us both in the arse-

It’s like double edged sword from my opinion. I mean, I would apply. If Amino didn’t take so much time with events too etc. I could be occasional-helper.
Tho the biggest problem would be first days. One, new mods would be clueless if they are doing good or bad. Maybe after a month or so they could get used to moral compass they’d have to aquire.
Two, ho boy… Userbase attacking new mods. Like “why did he got mod and not me? This mod is horrible yadda yadda yadda”. This one is like the crapstorm to deal with unless you have users who have enough brains to understand. Also, rules help. A lot. Not only for users, but for new moderators as well. It’s like a guidebook.
Here’s my amino guidelines I have (including Amino General Guidelines) you can have as a reference in case you missed smth out.

Yea I get you. It’s often jokes, people get then too into it or smth and you aren’t often sure if it’s alright or not. My tip is to simply look at the thing and think if it’s turning into harrassment on the user and people gang up on him as a joke.
I am usually like “Hey stop that” and if they don’t they get an alert they got warned. So lol.
Also speaking of aguy, one time was browsing the site and had some of his stuff on my pc screen come up as I was scrolling past. In school. In class.
I had the stare from the teacher and awkward silence when I tried to pretend I didn’t see it and neither did he.

Maybe it’s still being submitted?
I dunno.
Maybe it’s in queue already.
Or it could be the thing where it was done few times by now.

Report plugin?
I mean… It would be useful.
But people would have to even use it, which is an issue in Amino.

DELAYS.
Was actually thinking about it today.
So is it like movieclips would “play” at set project fps?
So like if I had delay that’s 2x faster than fps, would it continue onto next frame?Asking real questions yo cause I use dem delays for smoother movements on low fps too.

Jesus Christ both of ye, Nick, Epitaph. Moderating is a REALLY fucking hard job to do. 3 years with team on a sub-community of sticknodes is already hard enough and taking most of my time.
But here we have Ralph. Realise that he is doing the thing alone. He’s not lazy. He is just generally occupied with tasks.
I know that cause I am just by Amino itself, but he tries to review submissions, code the thing, resolve and check things in the activity.
He isn’t doing a good job? Let me tell you. It’s hard af moderating, sometimes it’s like you just don’t notice stuff. You often point these stuff out and be direct. He didn’t ban a guy?
Well that’s also another problem stepping in. Cause I had fair share of experiences with people raiding the community or being passive agressive edgelords telling me that I am a horrible guy, for trying to punish someone over rules they broke.
Look it’s not easy to please everyone,
it’s not possible to make utopia of moderation,
it’s not easy to make the best decision.Just, don’t say someone sucks at their job. That’s opposite of helping. He is giving himself extra amount of work for community, like cmon guys. Don’t be assholes.
Edit: Also, don’t forget. We don’t always know everything.

iOS big gay. Takes time to review everything and then delay it further even after reviewing it.
Then cancel update just because it had word “Android” in it.

Is there specific keyboard app you’re using? Could be that. It’s weird bug.
