Well seems like an edit of other one, but this is edited quite a bit into quite good quality. Not to mention he turned it into a pack.

For black white thing use saturation filter on 0. For outline you can use glow with max intensity. Or make outline manually (it’s easy).

You have to press apply. And needed to make sure you were actually editing segment colour and not stickfigure colour in branch edit.

what stickfigure were you trying to edit exactly?
Default stick? or something from the site?

Basically if you scroll down there’s segment colour. In stickfigure edit menu you can edit colour of all the segments in that stick.
