That means that the stickfigure is linked to your Stick Nodes account. If the stickfigure has no blue tag, then the stick author probably does not have an account here or Ralph simply didn’t found one that associated with the email the stickfigure maker sent from.

I’d give you a subdomain (free) here on SN but this is a different server I don’t have direct access to
WP is actually very easy, there’s a plugin and customization for everything
it’s only when you want to add Special Functionality™ where things get crazy, much like I’ve done with nearly every single damn plugin on this site
