Depends on what rules the dragon is going by. If it’s just a dragon, no resistance to anything then yeah you could probably just hit it with a semi. If it’s something like dnd for example you need something “magic”. Dragons in most ttrpgs have immunity to anything not enchanted. Theoretically you could enchant a car to use against a dragon or better yet, enchant bullets.
