i think you’re saying your device is automatically directing towards sharing to another device vs giving you a prompt of an app to choose (which should be an email app, like Gmail)
in which case you’ll have to go into your phone’s settings for “Default apps” and remove the setting you have for stick nodes https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/remove-change-set-default-apps-android/
