Sup Firedragon165, post an update?

Well, considering what\’s going on with my life right now, why the hell shouldn\’t I?

So, if you don\’t know who I am somehow, hi! Call me Firedragon165. I\’ve got a mixed reputation, some people think i\’m fine, some don\’t. But this isn\’t an introduction post.

I was a Muslim. Now, you might be thinking, Firedragon, why the hell is that relevant? And my answer is, go back and read that again. I WAS a Muslim. But now, my beliefs have changed, and i\’m an athiest. Problem is, the only person who knows is my friend and, well, you guys I guess. My entire family is Muslim, and i don\’t know how to tell them the truth. I\’ve been considering some options, like just telling everyone in this WhatsApp gc that they\’re all in, including me. I\’m also considering telling my parents so that they can spread the word.

But I don\’t know how. Plus, what if they become the stereotypical Muslim and stop seeing me as their son? I\’m positive that there is at least one person who\’ll support me, but are they my parents?

Now, I didn\’t just make this post to rant. I made it to ask a question: What do I do?

I know there\’s people who\’ve had to tell their parents similar things with the amount of LGBTQ people here, so if you\’re one of them, please give me advice. And if you\’re not, well idgaf gimme advice.

So, that\’s my update, I guess. This is Firedragon165, clicking \”POST UPDATE\” and waiting for responses.
