That would be my best guess, if we’re talking about bulking like exercising that is.

if trying to get stronk and working out, be in a caloric surplus
hit your protein goal of about 1g per lb of bodyweight
other macros should fall into placeas for the best foods, honestly i just live off of chicken
chicken breast in a wrap/with a salad/with rice/with fries for lunch and chicken thighs for dinner also with a sidei don’t worry too much about “eating healthy” and will dip this chicken in some good-ass dip usually (honey mustard etc)
do try to have some vegetables a few times a week since the micronutrients are good for youas for the question though, best foods for bulking
as long as you’re hitting your macros, things like peanut butter or other “caloric dense” foods are good (look up on the googs)
