i honestly don’t think i can improve my stick figure making abilities until a new feature comes out. the only thing i can improve is making things people actually want

the only thing, however, is that there’s a relatively low chance of most of these getting features.. if i were to make the bold assumption that every other one gets a feature, i would still have to create over 60 original backgrounds

making stick figures is so easy
i always thought that the reason i rarely made stuff to upload was because it was too difficult, leading to me only uploading only around 35 things in the last two years…but i’ve just made five things this month, three in a single weekend, and one of those in just 15 minutes.
the realization has dawned on me that if i were to put some genuine effort, i could actually have a chance of reaching featured level 4 sometime in the near (not that near) future.

no but serious answer, whenever you get into specific things (people from tv shows in this case) you’ve narrowed your audience down significantly

Ralph basically said what I was gonna say but better,
If you want more downloads then u need convenience but if you want users choice you need a good stick figure, so technically your confused for the right reason auto

This idea of putting your mind to creating stickfigures, like actual planning pen on paper drawn ideas etc. could seriously help creating amazing stickfigures. Than again how many of us are willing to sit down and actually do that. To some extent I would do this and be fine with it but it would just get tedious. Also to be featured many times and earn badges ultimately means nothing, to improve your skill in animtion and stickfigure creation is the only important thing you should aim to gain.
Also yes I see what you mean here, before I left for a while I tried back on track with my uploads but slowly I got more slack with it and lazy and felt uninspired and like I didn’t want to do anymore but after my return I feel more willing again to create stickfigures.

fwiw things like submissions/features/etc may have some “value” on the website
so there will be some fun to be had
mayhaps
soon
