chicken breast in a wrap/with a salad/with rice/with fries for lunch and chicken thighs for dinner also with a side

do try to have some vegetables a few times a week since the micronutrients are good for you

as long as you’re hitting your macros, things like peanut butter or other “caloric dense” foods are good (look up on the googs)
