I understand the logic but most of the time these people just don’t care so you’re better off trying to have a bit of ‘ bounce-back ‘ in regards to it all so it doesn’t affect you too much rather than being sensitive and overly serious about things.

I used to respond on the same basis but it just makes life difficult, messing around and giving it back is all apart of the process.
