His quasar form turns stars into energy for himself, he can use these to turn them into abilities. He’s also as dangerous as a pulsar.
He sucks the stars into his face which is a black hole, the energy spreads apart the whole body giving him new abilities. The waste of the energy is ejected out from the horns on the head. He exits this form when he loses all gases to keep him as a quasar.

Dang collision is basically untouchable. How does he compare to other beings in the universe?
Collision is more powerful than the whole galatian constellation ( a group of space beings destined by the superior beings.)
The being that can mostly compare to collision is impact, a white hole.
But impact hasn’t developed as many forms yet, collision has 4 or 3 forms. The most powerful form is practically the ability to kill every being. But that form is incredibly rare to enter.
Collision is so powerful because one, him and impact were destined by the superior beings to the the superior galactic creature. Two, The impacto-illision (Collision with impact and collision) created the animation universe by accident when a collision/impact happened.. This generated a tiny tiny bit of an unfathomable power.
I gave him a delay and time limit for when and how long he can use these forms so it can be fair to other species.
