Basically, this dude’s name is Copoctieo. A.k.a the owner of Copoctatius. Essentially he has an impossibly high IQ with technology so powerful he could enslave almost every kaiju in the universe.
He’s a species of the universe itself, although while a humanoid is not of human origin and does not originate from Earth. He originates from a binary planetary system that orbits a quasar. In fact, it’s considered inhabitable compared to most beings. It’s an extremely hot rocky planet. His species is oddly very adaptable however and somehow managed to survive in these conditions.

Yes, it is in fact him. There will be changes however, Copoctieo and Copoctatius are now separate beings. Copoctieo is no longer a living black hole, instead, a species adapted to plasma-like levels of heat that lived around a quasar.
