so like i got the new pokemon game for my switch 2 and honestly, i’m liking it so far!

i like the new combat style, the map, the “parkour-like” movement system, and there’s a lot more to like that i could go on about!

i’m currently rank F in the game, so i’m assuming that i’m close to beating the game… don’t tell me that i’m wrong though in the comments.

one thing that i think could be better is… the pokemon pathfinding. DUDE EVERYTIME I TELL MY POKEMON TO USE A RANGED MOVE IT WALKS INTO A WALL FOR TEN GOD FORBIDDEN SECONDS, TANKING EVERY HIT FROM THE ENEMY, AND THERE’S LITERALLY NO WAY TO STOP IT EXCEPT FOR LETTING IT REALIZE THAT IT’S TAKEN TOO LONG TO GET INTO POSITION AND USING THE MOVE ANYWAY!!!!!

ahem.

anyways, good game! 8.9/10 for me SO FAR, i’ll probably let you guys know what i think later in the game, or when i beat it.
