My favorite meal comes in the form of a big ass chipotle chicken burrito filled with Pico de gallo, rice, lettuce, sour cream, hot sauce, and cheese. Nothing more to that besides a side of hidden valley ranch to dip the thing in.
I also like to make tamales. It takes me forever to make them but they’re so good when they’re done.
