Hello America and otherwise!

I had an awesome dream and I really want to share it with you all. I’m considering drawing the “rabbit scene” of it when I get some time.

There was this strange virus going around that infected only animals, and upon infection, it would use their body as some sort of host to duplicate itself and attack other animals. The only issue was that it wasn’t very good at this task. It would grow its clone off of the body of its host like some kind of tumor, and the clones I saw never really detached from the body or were good at infecting other animals.
So my mom brings in a rabbit from the yard that was infected, and she had it wrapped up in a blanket. I took the blanket off and it was a rabbit lying on its side with this horrid bubbly abomination of flesh emerging from where its hind legs used to be. The clone’s head looked like a rabbit’s but if it had gotten stomped on, and it was noticeably missing teeth. The rabbit was breathing really heavy and it sounded like it was suffering.
So my smart ass decides that I need to leave the house and escape through the woods. I make it decently far out into our woods before hearing a lot of rustling around me. I decide to turn back, and as I do, I come face to face with this big bloated flesh-ball of a fly. It was like the size of a baseball or something. I woke up immediately afterwards

My closest approximation to what these creatures looked like would be a monster from John Carpenter’s “The Thing”
