Scout is a stylized humanoid robot. He sports an exceptionally wide and robust frame covered by a shell made from concentric layers of metal pipes. Curiously, he lacks a neck; his head floats above a circular base centered in his chest. Scout’s head lacks most facial features save for two triangular eyes and a small screen display intended to represent a jaw.

Scout claims that he was once the greatest neuroscientist in America. When provided a paper I.Q test, Scout spent three hours covering the paper with accurate blueprints for various medical devices and a detailed diagram of the human brain. Besides those drawings, he left every answer blank.
