Each fruit family seems to stick their own ability, here is what I know as of now:

– Pome fruits can spit bullet-fast seeds form mouths
– Citrus fruits can emit an acid from their hands
– Stone fruits can explode and regrow from the pit in 1 minute
– Tropical fruits are much stronger skinned than the rest
– Berries can split into smaller versions of themselves
– Melons, like apples, can seed shoot but the seeds are bigger and slower
