honestly, I thought it would be a good idea to add one thigh guard

Lookin’ good but that torso and legs still look very bare, and what’s up with the asymmetrical thigh guard
-
No, that’s the blue and grey bit (which isn’t flightworthy), I’m talking about the red bit

GOOD IDEA?!
Are you braindead? Not only will it leave you off balence but it will also leave the uncovered leg open to attack, this is like female fantasy armour all over again. Think of this characters setting, what there up against and what they’d need to wear as to protect themselves from the threats of that world-

So you want to keep one of the most important areas unprotected, GENIUS ARMOUR DESIGN THAT DEFINITELY WON’T GET YOU KILLED.
I want you to imagine a medieval knight. Now imagine there’s two and they’re fighting with swords. One of them looks normal, with a full set of plate armour while the other is missing his Greaves, Legwear, Pelvic guard and Breastplate.
CAN YOU GUESS WHICH ONE WILL DIE
-
Replying to:
The one with armor because as soon as he got on the horse the armor crushed it. The other guy wearing less armor was a better strategy and the horse wasn’t crushed. Easy headshot
-
Replying to:
Plate armour isn’t a lumbering, heavy pile of cardboard, it’s light, easy to move in and very protective, providing near invincibility to sword blades
-
Replying to:
Are you stupid!? Plate armor is the heaviest sht ever invented, and extremely difficult to move in.
-
Replying to:
Well somebody hasn’t done their research have they.
While plate armour is heavy, a person trained to use (eg: a Knight) is f**king formidable when wearing it as they can move as agile as anyone else even while wearing it.
The joints are also made to be flexible, comfortable and agile, allowing for as natural movements as you can get without armour.
Before you try and bat back at me again, it’s best you actually do some research.-
Replying to:
‘Extremely difficult to move in’ was an exaggeration, but I don’t need research when I have common sense: “Light, easy to move in” that stuff probably weighed about 85 pounds on average, and even a trained knight would have difficulty moving ‘as agile as everyone else.’ They definitely could NOT move as agile as anyone without the suit. I’m not saying that a suit is a complete hindrance, but it is not as easy to move in as you think.
-
Replying to:
Ooh, i have common sense.
That clearly doesn’t f**king work.Actually look up some videos on plate armour, Skallagrim or Shadiversity’s channel’s will do the trick.
Like i said, while plate armour is obviously heavy, it is WAY lighter than it is commonly believed to be.

@epitaph200 Can I use this boi?
-
the laser arm was cool but that’s the only redeeming factor. so no, he is WAY too low quality. make him look like an actual robot, something like this maybe:
don’t take the lazy route by copying it. take inspiration and come up with your own ideas, i want to see a high class figure.

You’re getting there but your genericness is holding you back, GO CRAZY ON THE F**KER
Seriously, don’t hold back and let thing stick out and glow and move and s**t like that, you are for some reason obsessed with making the legs and arms as boring as possible, i want detail man!
Even the arm that turns into a gun?

Yes, what part about ‘don’t hold back’ didn’t you understand
