Technically, they have the Ability to Gain Extra Limbs since that\’s basically what everything that touches the Ground of Meat becomes.
So, yeah they\’re only just a Normal Infected Flesh but-
They do have one feature, that being able to stun lock someone\’s ass.
Once in range with a Person that is uninfected, they usually just use their Right hand to Shove then that will Stun lock them, before they immediately go for the Kill.
