Tumbleweeds are basically dead bushes with seeds on them. They ‘Tumble’ around to spread their seeds wherever they hit the ground dropping them.

Let’s say, I make a cool epic fig that got into the User’s Choice thing. And then some random guy who is way more popular than me and has made a decent but not as epic fig and also got into the User’s Choice thing.
If the voters were to choose, they’d probably choose the more popular guy cuz he’s way more cooler than me and win the $10.
