for 1: Just go add another fig

2: Just press any node on the fig and look for copy on the left. Then paste. You now got the same fig of what you copied with the same pose.

3: Of course they are adding new sounds, tho you could always download some sounds yourself in some websites.
Also I have no clue what you mean by “Stick Stickfigure Pose”

y’know I was gonna remake my Sherk fig to look more human and stuff but I fear it may be too similar to yours-
