You’ll need to open it in a better app, Ralph edited a good one before on the original post
And yes the background is transparent in the original file, this program has obviously ignored that, it’s probably using the wrong compression type

The issue is the software you’re using. Or maybe you just opened the template wrong way. Try opening imgur in desktop mode since mobile version can bork quality.
