The Hell is a Sigma?

Well, the title really says it all. Today, we saw a few posts (which is a lot if you think about it) all following the same pattern; see more about that in the collection of posts linked at the bottom of this section, where I included some notable examples with OCs. Other than that, based purely on figure and animation qualities today was relatively slow, but we did get many updates from users, from a warning of a Hurricane to a user sadly losing his mind to Dementia. On This Day in History...
Congress Establishes the Dollar
On July 6th, 1785, Continental Congress signs the document saying the US Dollar is the official American currency, marking the beginning of these stupid pieces of paper, why couldn’t we just stick with gold coins or something, those were cooler.
