I think people say sonic is the speed demon while others call him the blue blur.
He’s the blue demon and the blue blur
In the movie a crazy man said he was the blue demon and sonic called himself the blue blur
They’d just make him faster and he’d continue being bad
Also I doubt the speedforce is the forgiving.
It wouldn’t be an improvement, his mind would be ruined, he would be living in pain, not even able to think straight. Instead of being a servant of the speed force, he would be the disgrace.
Why would his mind be ruined?
If he got any faster then thats it, maybe you could argue that too much velocity 9 makes them die and insane but if he got more legitimate speed then he wouldn’t go insane and be a disgrace.
If he would then please feel free to explain why

My plan was for it to be like irony, he got speed like he wanted, but it cost him his mind.
You could say this:
Set in a parallel universe where Zoom won against The Flash:
Zoom continued to cause havoc throughout time through the means of Velocity 9 but at severe cost towards his brain as Velocity 9 eventually took a toll on his brain causing him to hallucinate and get disorientated.
Something like that.
