@epitaph200 so how does naming work in CD? like does it differ from how humans are named or is it more or less the same
e.g are masculine and feminine names existent or
can a male have what humans would consider a feminine name?

Feminine and masculine exist, though not like Spanish where they get a modified language.
It depends with each species. Trecsista have identical rules to us basically, Tryquilleean names are similar to Indian with lots of harsh sounds, Solarian names are usually full of tongue moving words (lots of Ls, Ss and Ns)
ahh
yeah I don’t get what Spanish does, like wtf it’s unnecessary
what I typically do when giving aliens feminine and masculine names is give them a particular suffix at the end of their first name, so for example, -au is masculine and -un is feminine
there’s other ones as well but they’re mainly feminine ones

Not really that. It’s more how the word sounds.
Listen to ‘Melsie’ and ‘Vyesse’. Very ‘S’ish, very smooth.
Then you have Ashvar and Kazadoff, much more harsh sounding
will take that into consideration when I come up with names
