first off, you even have to be able to see – all dudes are just…floating around?

when they move, it’s often just 1 limb at a time, this isn’t realistic

it’s also not “move my arm”, “slide”, “move arm more”, “slide” – it’s 1 motion

just, in general, you gotta imagine what something looks like, and animate it in pieces

FIRST MAKE START AND END FRAMES OF A MOTION

THEN GO ADD A PROPER “IN BETWEEN” FRAME

CONTINUE ADDING “IN BETWEEN FRAMES” TO COMPLETE THE MOTION

see how across all frames, the *entire* body is moving? Torso bending, arms moving for momentum/balance, legs, etc
