There isn’t but you can just layer a separate set of shapes behind the main Stickfigure and make it thick enough to appear as outlines.

I hear you, still though there’s a lot we can do to change and improve Stick Nodes and considering it’s taken as long as it has for Ralph to essentially add movable images to Stick Nodes, it doesn’t make it seem like a good idea for ideas like these to be added to the list of what can be added to this update or next.
It is a good idea but I just don’t so much trust the sheer timeframe it’d take for these so your best play is just to do it manually.
