A general rule of thumb when it comes to wrinkles is that they are most prevalent at the joints (Elbow, shoulder, wrist, knee and waist, etc.) and kind of have a sort of ‘Z’ formation (Only clothing artists will probably get this, there’s videos online to help you out).
It looks decent, I’d personally get rid of the grey outlines at the end of the sleeves however, since they clash with the coloration of the rest of the shirt greatly and look unnaturally geometrically jagged (Not like a fabric tear, which I think is what you are going for). I’d look up reference images for this sort of stuff.

Cool stickfigures, I think they look adequate imo. There is room for improvement but I think they have a decent chance of being accepted if you include side views. Of course, I’m not Ralph so take this as a grain of salt. The only definite answer comes from him.
Since there’s a plethora of FNAF stickfigures on the site already, only ones that are exceptional will probably be accepted.

I don’t think that’s necessarily a good thing. Individual reverence for a community members standalone is great but when used in comparative means to degrade others it’s a bit questionable if not actively harmful at times.
It can lead silly banters of “who’s better than who” imo. Seniority, atleast imo, doesn’t necessarily constitute superiority over younger users at that standalone basis.
