I’m not pressed, just informing and clearing up misconceptions in regards to this topic. Not everything somebody says to you is combative in that sense.
Laws and policies don’t dictate what people think btw, at least laws pertaining to immigration and the like. You can make a law about closing the borders, but it won’t transform people’s already conceived notions on the border policy unless you convince them why your viewpoint is beneficial. Politicians based their platforms on catering to an established audience & base of supporters, promising changes and reform if they get elected so they get votes.
People vote based on what they agree with so the root issue isn’t “Trump’s instituting policies against minorities and immigration that cause people to be racist” or anything like that, he literally got elected by catering to voters by basing his platform on what they wanted.
Laws and policies about education on the other hand is a completely different situation, then you have an argument there.

I’m sorry that you are under such stress at this point in your life, I do not know where you live or what your community’s situation is compared to mine so I cannot say much on the matter without any background knowledge.
All I can do is extend words of comfort and console. I really do hope there can be a time that you don’t feel fearful to go outside. Not every republican, even those who wear MAGA hats and trump flags, are racist dirtbags who would think of shooting a child, though those exist out there. And to that, I say such individuals are demented, but in my experience few and far between.
If you look at this in hindsight, such individuals, even if Kamala won the election, wouldn’t have just gone away *poof*. The fight against discrimination and prejudice is a forever ongoing one, one that takes courage and bravery to stand up despite the heat. I beg you to reach out and connect with others in real life that you can feel safe with, whether that be within your neighborhood, at school, etc.
It pains my heart to hear such a pessimistic, dark outlook on life. However, keep hope. Despite trials and tribulations, people keep pushing on, and the biggest “fuck you” you can give to people who look down and spit on you is to keep pushing forward despite them. -

If you are born in the US, you are a US citizen. I’m sure you are not an illegal immigrant, therefore, you are in no way going to be deported.
Even if you were not born in the US, if you are a legal resident of the US, you are sure to be fine.
Minorities aren’t being deported just because they are minorities. Immigration policies are targeted towards combating illegal immigration, not deporting people who were already living in the US legally in the first place.
It’s about keeping people who are trying to enter illegally OUT, not deport people who are IN (Unless they are illegal). -

Incorrect. Republican radicals may be pushing for such but Trump’s administration does not want to end queer or people of color. A large portion of colored men in the United States voted him into office.
The gist of Trump’s economic reforms is to raise taxes on imports (Goods shipped into the US from foreign countries), especially on China, to make them more expensive. Therefore, people will begin to buy more domestic goods (Coupled with lower taxes for select companies, and promotion of domestic businesses in the US) which will help US businesses grow and keep money IN the US (instead of flowing out to other countries).
Additionally, he plans to cut income tax (Money taken out of your paycheck that goes to the government) for atleast a couple years, which will allow Americans to retain more money (At the expense of government funds from the income tax), which he hopes will be counter-balanced by his aforementioned policies.
The economy is in shambles due to inflation and cost of living is very high. Trump is pushing for more United States independence from foreign imports and pushing for more domestic policies.
What IS on his agenda however, is a reform of the education system, which may entail suppression of LGBTQ+ and “unpatriotic” rhetoric within the public school setting (Whatever that may be). That’s probably one of the bigger points of concern.
(However, private schools may not necessarily have to abide by this, and colleges/universities would still offer Liberal art courses and the like. Majority of school faculty in the US is liberal after all).
But in short, at least on a official status, queer people & people of color (being one myself) aren’t going to be ended, deported, or anything of that.

That fight was boring as hell. MVP of Mike Tyson vs Jake Paul fight was Amanda Serrano 🇵🇷🇵🇷
Mike just didn’t have the body, legs, speed to keep up with a young Jake Paul in his prime. Led to a very one-sided fight of just jabbing and defense that was very disappointing to watch, the undercard fights were better imo.

Wings of Fire: Darkstalker is a good read, definitely one of the better books in the series. If you haven’t read Arc 2 as well, definitely read Darkstalker first.

It’s worth a shot if the people around you in your life are recommending that, especially if such advice is coming from a place of concern. The first step is admitting you need help and seeking it.
Best of wishes Larry.
