Likes don’t really symbolize the quality of work or effort put into it. Using Sticknodes site likes as a reference for validation is kinda silly as anonymous people opinions don’t reflect the work’s quality, they really just reflect “do i like this or not” or “do I agree with this or not.”
Simply put your work isn’t rated by its likes, it’s a great animation, just with the wrong audience.

Yes there are some exceptions, but ngl this particular video is not scary at all compared to older things.
It could also just be your perspective on things as you grow older. Things the older generation of internet users thought scary may seem silly today while the older generation views what modern internet users think is scary as child’s play and a poor attempt at horror.Once you grow up you don’t really have the perspective of a child anymore, and after learning more about the world and maturing it takes more to scare you then persay a 10 year old kid on the phone.
