Well considering it takes place in a universe that is almost exactly like reality until the 2020s yes. Also Dylan Thatcher finds himself a fan of the M4A1 Carbine and Explosive Bullet later on will be using a C8-SFW carbine. The Heckler and Kotch XM8 is also a big gun in this time so yeah. This is a good enough ad though.
