Is invincible.
Can only see what he can process (which is fast)
pretty much still the same but much more powerful.
Can think, like Voltage.
Runs on energy, and can turn off if Voltage wants.

What this means for Voltage: Nothing, he will stay the same.

Super Voltage:

What this means for Voltage: Voltage will become a dick, and refrain from going super at all cost. Even if he is about to die.
Voltage will treat Super Voltage like a whole separate entity.

Voltage can activate Super Voltage under extreme stress, or by permission.

A being of mass destruction.
Laser eyes.
Can sense movement.
Is invincible to an extent.
Runs on nothing, won’t stop until he is knocked out or the being he is trying to kill is dead.
