Jojo OVA is better than the anime except for voice acting
-
In some ways yes.
It’s older so follows the atmosphere and vibe of the manga considering how old it is whereas the anime is more modernised to the viewers and has a comical unreal atmosphere and vibe with bright coloured stands and characters whereas the OVA is far more natural looking.

The anime is far more impactful when it comes to Dio.
His time stop is loud and bass-heavy along with being flashy and with other filters whereas the OVA is just a giant sphere expanding outwards.

Yes but he uses time stop to ‘teleport’ and what i’m saying is the time stop in the OVA isn’t as impactful.
