no tweening right?
anyway, smooth out the camera bit, it’s a bit jarring
you can use the auto-camera feature if you have 2.3.8 right nowor do it manually which is less fun

you need more in-between frames
you’re basically only animating the keyframes, the major events, but lacking any of the transitons
frame1=crouch
frame2=standingwhen it should be
frame1=crouch
frame2=uncrouching
frame3=more uncrouching
frame4=almost stood up

You could do this easily by adding tweened frame, and slightly tweaking it. Or, just turn on tweening.

i felt like this was on 2x speed and then I actually turned it on 2x speed to enter into warp speed
