you need more in-between frames
you’re basically only animating the keyframes, the major events, but lacking any of the transitons
frame1=crouch
frame2=standing
when it should be
frame1=crouch
frame2=uncrouching
frame3=more uncrouching
frame4=almost stood up
frame5=standing
