Thank you to everyone who voted, your additions will prove extremely valuable.
So, here’s my final results.
So, the least likely way you’ll get your figure downloaded is simply by being a popular dude.
The second least is by making it very simple or basic, like a Scarf Fig as described. So, now you have a new reason to tell them to f**k off : )
Now, the next 3 I consider the important ones. These ones are ones you must take into account if you want a feature on your fig.Third most important is that you make the figure modifyable or enhanceable, be it through adding props or by moving the fig in a certain way. This means backgrounds with moving parts may be a thing of the future.
Second most is, you guessed it, the thing i’d been preaching, detailed and/or well made, at 85 damn votes. If you want a successful fig, you need to pay attention to your designs and really think about it. This doesn’t mean you need to be as skillful as GamerX or anything, you just need to understand what makes a design unique and recognisable. Finally, with a whopping 105 votes out of 312, The fig must be versatile. In other words, popular figs are always gonna be the ones that can blend in with numerous styles and look good doing it.
As said again, thank you a bunch to everyone involved. I’d recommend screenshotting the chart as this info will deem exceptionally important when you’re aiming your figs for excellence.

So you, EB and other peoples can get more downloads?
well
not really
the winning choice is “most effects for example” and epitaph/EB typically fall more into the 2nd choice winner (people and weapons, very detailed)
damn at the results, that’s a pretty decent sample size of votes

What’s funny is that people download good looking sticks, yet never use them.
