but just import the rectangle, add it, and then “draw” your scene on top of it
anything out of the rectangles bounds is going to be clipped when I get your 960×540 export and cut it to 960×150 (the size the rectangle)

What if you can’t see the outline though, am I supposed to make it the top-most figure and make it transparent?
you can do that
probably will need to if you use a big background image which will hide it, actually
but you can do whatever you want, the stickfigure is just the easiest way for me to convey the boundary
you can, for example, use the guides and align them to the rectangle (somehow) and use that instead
or just eyeball it and not use the template at all, if you’re the art area is at least 960×150 then it’s all good
