Tween-centric.
Looks smooth, but maybe increase the FPS and have him last like one frame longer in the extended pose, then sharply pull back, and repeat. As well as have him dip a bit more when stepping again.
It’s very nice for a run animation, just a bit smooth that’s all.

Make less frames when the character is in air, make the character move more vertically and use that vertical movement to make corporal movement

yee like jackfly said, this anim is pretty good but it could improve alot if you add an arc to it. everyone bounces a bit when they walk, notice the line above the character in this example. its lowest position is on pose 2 after its foot falls flat on the ground, and its highest position is on pose 4 after it passes its other leg
