I just made the body yesterday, it was based off of Flame like the head and arm. The muscles do have changes of course. The shorts are new and based on Rockyโs and Bakiโs. The bottom torso of Old Man is about 1/3 shorter.
The arm I just fixed up, however I do still want to add something on the hand so itโs not too plain. Likely knuckles.
The head is the same as before, however I still feel the beard can be improved, mainly the top section/mustache.

beard is good, idk how you can add to it without making it tough to animate
but damn this looks good
Itโs mainly the mustache that I think is lacking. I feel as if there may be a better way to make it. Seems to be a little plain.
However the beard itโs self I think is fine, I agree. No point to change it, at most a gradient on the end.
