I recommend some camera shake on impact or some other effects, and to work on syncing the body movements. Like for example, if you want them to jump, you won’t move the legs, and than the arms, and than the head at different times, would you? You want them to move their body parts in unison.
Example of when you failed to do this is when the black guy kicked the white guy in the nuts, his legs moved backwards with a delay, at different times each, and than he went into mid-air, and than he was frozen there for a bit, and than he fell down. It wasn’t in unison. If it was, he would’ve had his legs go backwards as he started moving into mid air, and than he would’ve fell down after ascending to the highest point the kick would’ve allowed, without the half second freeze.
Also when they are in air, don’t keep them suspended in mid-air just so you can move another body part. If they are in midair keep them in a falling motion, just have them move their body parts into the desired position in the process.
