What’s the context for that passage though? It doesn’t promote anything, it merely states a woman and that she’s a prostitute.

I’ll answer it for you, its about these two sisters who were prostitutes, and God punished one of them, and yet the other (the woman that the passage is talking about) still continued with her sins. In the end of the chapter, God also punishes her, so yeah, the bible is against pornography.
